If you are shooting portraiture and trying to get a great out of focus background, this is not the lens to get.
Then the 135 mm focal length is not quite useful. Most super zoom lens out there offers up to 200mm focal length. I really do not think Tokina should compromise here. They can add easily to the zoom range.
