This real food is what most of us remember from when we were kids. Remember when Mom was home all day and had time to create those wonderful meals? For most of, those meals are a thing of the past. However; it doesn’t have to be. We’re busier than ever before, but the situation has improved dramatically from just a few years ago. There are many more options for creating nutritious, delicious meals on a budget and in a short period of time.
For many families, there are only about three hours from the time that kids are picked up from daycare until kids are in bed. That’s just three hours to drive home, make dinner, supervise baths, help with homework and put kids to bed. It’s a lot of work and not much fun to rush through it, so for years dinner was something like frozen dinners or take-out.
REAL Food Blogs are the difference between actually cooking for your family and just re-heating food. You have more control about what your kids eat, so the picky eater can get the extra protein or calcium that they need. You’ll probably save money, especially if you’ve been getting take-out food fairly often. My big concern, though, was time. If my family isn’t eating by 6:30 or so, everybody gets cranky, and when they get cranky, I’m not far behind. I need meals that are easy, taste good and to be honest, I need them to be as inexpensive as possible to prepare. Since I’ve been looking online for inspiration, I’ve had great luck finding meals that everyone likes, and I’m spending less each week on food. The great thing, though, is that we have enough leftovers that one night a week, I don’t have to cook at all. And that’s amazing! There is nothing bettter than eating.

As a teenager, my mom would come to wake me up for school from a good night’s rest. Of course, there were several tactics used. She first started with a little smack on the behind, with a soft reminder of, “it’s time to wake up”. That wouldn’t work after a long night of TV watching. After exhausting herself she decided upon a new tactic…. The fresh aroma of coffee in the morning with a little nudge of “wakey, wakey”. It always worked. Now that I’m an adult and on my own, I’ve decided upon this tactic as well to get me going in the mornings. Since I like variety and I just don’t have the time to investigate as much as I’d like, I think to buy coffee online is the answer to my dilemma. Well not a true dilemma when access to the Internet is as quick as 1-2-3. I’ll have my variety of coffee that I like and my subtle wake up call all at once.

Because eggs could sometimes be messy to deal with, one should have the proper tools to be able to partake and savor different egg dishes. One common dish that uses egg is oeuf a la coque or soft boiled eggs. The egg is boiled in water for about two to three minutes tops and because the yolk is still in its liquid like form it could be hard to eat it without creating a mess. This is true not unless you have a handy egg tapper in hand. Egg tapper are designed to gently make an egg crack just enough so one could take a small portion of the egg shell making it easy to eat the soft boiled egg without creating a mess. It also makes a clean cut of the shell which means the lesser chance of having to eat small shell particles that could be mixed with the yolk which is a common thing to happen using other methods.
